Beer Can Repair
I am doing beer can repair on a limited basis. Dents can be removed, lids installed, drinking cups converted into cans, and gear marks removed while maintaining the correct height of the can. I am set up to repair:
- 8, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15 & 16 oz beer cans
- 12 oz cone tops and bottoms
- Crowntainers
- Quarts
Attention is paid to detail to ensure that top quality work is completed on each and every can. The repairs are done in such a way that the work is almost undetectable. This is done by either re-using the original lid or using a donor lid from a similar vintage can.
I also roll flat sheets into cans and currently have the ability to roll 8, 12 & 16 oz cans. Flat sheets must be at least 8 5/16" long. A hook seam is used and is soldered to provide a strong and great looking seam. There is an option to have a three notched seam. This is the style seen on many original flat tops.
Please read the Disclaimer so you are familiar with the inherent risks associated with can repair.
I am interested in any donor cans, extra lids, or canning equipment you have for sale.
Call Art at 972-539-9820 or E-mail us to discuss the details.
